Everything about this place is phenomenal. Getting an appointment was super easy and quick, which is surprising especially for a new patient . They are super responsive via email and by telephone. All forms were digitally done which allowed my check in to be smooth and quick. Liam did an amazing job breaking down my daughter’s treatment options and costs. Not once did I feel rushed and he answered every question that I had. It wasn’t just a pitch to take my money it was truly a break down of how my daughter would receive the best care and achieve the ultimate goal of her treatment. He even brought in Dr. Shawn who I had the privilege to meet. Dr. Shawn was able to notice an issue right off the bat from the x-ray without having my daughter’s records in front of him and discussed ways of how to get ahead of the issue and prevent it from getting worse. I even showed him an old x-ray and it confirmed what he suspected. This was done before my card was even swiped. I reiterate this because they truly care about their patients and want the best care for them. They are not just here to collect your money which they could have easily done before offering any assistance. Dr. Shawn

It's been about a month since I had my braces placed, but let me just say I was going to get around to it eventually because my experience here was so good! These ladies from administrative, to financing to the dental hygienists & Dr. Coleman herself treated me so well. I did a lot of research before deciding to go with the Rudolphtown Location. I was a bit nervous because I hadn't seen too many reviews about Adult Orthodontics only children so if you are late 20's into 30's + and you want to start your journey to a beautiful smile I highly recommend! They took any anxiety I had away and answered all of my questions and some. Unfortunately they did not except my insurance, you know most places say the old sorry we don't take your insurance & don't really seem to care, the finance lady has a huge TV screen and broke down what my monthly payment would be without insurance, its customizable too no hidden fee's no gimmicks they give it to you straight. Thankfully I came with a hefty downpayment with insurance in mind but seeing how they broke it down I really feel like for a working adult the monthly payments are doable. I love my braces I love my smile and I really can't recommend F

Absolutely amazing staff! Dr. Coleman and her staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They truly care for your teeth and wants just as much as you. I will recommend every time!!✨

My 8 year old son had his first visit with Dr. Candice today and we had a great experience! She was very thorough with treatment options. Casey was wonderful with paperwork and financial options. We highly recommend this office!

Two out of my three girls required braces. Both experiences were fantastic. They are honest, up front about the costs, and kind. Very knowledgeable and always making sure we were comfortable. The office is clean and nicely decorated. We love About Faces and Braces.
